At Riverside with a Rat motor and Cragars and stretched to the 92"
wheelbase insisted on by NHRA.

Can't tell where this is, but it sure does make the paint look nice.
Back then, I spent a LOT of hours putting Meguairs on that car and it
really did shine. Too bad it was wadded up in the end. Would
have
made a nice restoration.

Here's another 82 photos of the Shores & Hess Anglia. This is
really here for model builders, because there's a lot of very similar and
very detailed shots of the car. These are obviously taken for a
magazine layout.
