~ Les Stewart's "Scoundrel" 60 Vette ~

The "Scoundrel" is a 60 Vette powered by a 69 Z-28 DZ302, Edelbrock Performer intake, Speed Demon carb, MSD ignition, TH350 / 3000 stall, with 411 gears. Front end is Jim Meyer IFS with rack & pinion steering, 11" Camaro discs, and QA1 coil over suspension. Exhaust is Stainless Works headers and 3" side pipes. Interior includes AutoMeter gauges, stock carpet, Shelby Cobra seats. My intent was to build a strong performing, yet streetable, small block Vette with John Mazmanian 61 Vette inspiration. I really wanted to go the blower route but didn't have the courage to modify such a special and rare engine through a reduction of its 11:1 compression ratio.
Best Regards,
Les Stewart
