this is my 55 chevy gasser-based on the amt kit; wheelwells were 
radiused, sidetrim was shaved; powered by an injected 409 from amt's 62 chevy kit, w/injectors made from alum. tubing, headers also made from alum. tubing. chassis has mostly scratch-built front axle w/aluminum. brass, and stainless parts, rear leaves and perches made from aluminum; traction bars are evergreen and aluminum.

front view shows aluminum moon tank, scratchbuilt axle assembly (axle started as 55 nomad part) steering box moves with wheels, leaf spring works, tie rods are from stainless straight pins. collectors made from alum. tubing thinned to form around alum. wire primary tubes. 
engine shot shows alum.injector stacks, plumbing, wiring, etc. not seen is scratchbuilt water pump mounted on framerail. 
bottom view shows all molded-in exhaust has been removed, scratchbuilt front and rear suspension, hydramatic trans w/linkage. aluminum driveshaft.  wheels and tires are revell miss deal.
