Here's my second entry,  its my first and only replica.  With help from you and other Gas-FX members, I was able get in touch with Wayne Arteaga  to get his blessing, and to my surprise he sent me a few nice 8x10's of the Willys. It is a Revell Big John Mazmanian kit, with the front axle springs and traction bars from Revell's SWC Willys kit, it has a 392 hemi from the Maz kit with many scratch built details and other kit parts to make it look as close to Wayne's as possible.  It has a clutchflite tranny.  The bellhousing is a parts box item with the 727 coming from a polar lights funny car kit. Wheels are rear from the Maz kit, fronts from the AMT 33 Willys with Maz slicks and front tires from the p/l funny. The interior has a set of Mustang buckets from the parts box to match the real car, as well as a scratch built cage, Art Carr pushbutton shifter, clutch and brake pedals, and headrest.  It also has clutch linkage, and brake lines. The decals were made for me by jack Smith and they are great!!  I Know there are better replicas with more detail  but every time I look at this model I smile to myself  ...more than turning out cool, the letter and photos Wayne sent me are PRICELESS to me...ERIK
