This is the short lived Jungle Jim Camaro flopper that featured Jim & Pam on the side. Built from the "Heavy Hugger" Camaro Funnycar kit, it is basically box stock with the addition of Slixx Decals, Candy Blue paint, and wire insulation for roll bar padding.
