One of my favorites was
this very cool Ford Shotgun powered T-Bird. Foolish me, I
forgot to ask who owns or drives it!
Here's
what I'd call a "semi-stealth" Nova...I mean it looked
strong, but you wouldn't guess it had a blower by looking at
it. Very nice piece.
Here's
Tom Easterday's 62 Dodge. I figure that there's about 12
people in the world who like these things...and since I'm one of
them and this is my website...!
If you're wondering why it's on the trailer, that's because of
that black thing lying toward the front of the trailer...aka...the
driveshaft.
It's gotta
be around here somewhere!
The
Storey & Hayes 55 Chevy was excellent! Truly a nostalgia
car. Great work guys.
Ho-hum...just
another pass with the wheels up. Mr Hooper (?) did this on
every pass...for about 300 feet!
This
duo ought to take you back a week or two!
Another
very nostalgic tri-five was this 56 Chevy.
Always
did like the 63 1/3 Galaxies. What caught my eye on this one
(sorry it doesn't show in the photo better) was the "1964
Winternationals Participant" decal on the passanger
windwing. I asked the owner about it, and he said that, yes
the car was a participant in that me, but no, he was not.
Last time I
saw this Chevelle was at the Inagural ADRA meet at Fallon, NV last
year. He was running A/GS there.
Nice
looking (and healthy) Charger.
Always have
had a soft spot for Cougars...and this is a quick one.
VERY
cool looking Ford Coupe. 32 with a 34 grill?
Jamin
Joey's cool little 33 Willys
This little
roadster could be relied on for a wheels-up photo op on every run.
Another
beautiful roadster.
When did
John Force get here?? <G>
Fred Ward's
unusual 33 Willys Panel is a real showpiece. He had some
problems making it stick to the track, but anything running quicker
than 9's was having that problem.
