Glen Brown's 60's Drag Racing Photos

A bit of commentary from  Bill Dukes (Thanks Bill...Byron)

The newest edition of photos includes two very rare cars: The Graziano blown 32 coupe, and Selkirk and Bork's AA/GS Camaro.  Both were regular UDRA circuit cars, and each featured 392 Chrylers.  The 32 ran high 8's on occasion, while the Camaro was bit more competitive, running 8.60's.  These cars, contrary to many of the So-Cal cars, were NHRA legal.

Looks familiar, but darned if I can put a name to it.

The "Mickey Mouse Too" Anglia running in C/A
"Mr J" B/Gas Henry J
While they were never my favorites, VW's and a few Fiats regularly kicked some butt in the lower Gas classes.  The Munroe, Johnson & Perrin bug is a classic example of the breed.
