70's Dragracing Downunder

They aren't all Gassers, several Modified Production and Pro Stockers too, but it gives us in the US a pretty good idea of what was happening "Downunder" in the 70's.  I noticed that the ET's aren't what they would have been here, but then again...I don't have any idea what the rules were either.  I do know that you'd have never seen a 2 liter VW running B/Gas, so I suspect that their rules reflected the cars and engines that they had available to them.  At any rate, they had some interesting cars.  Thanks to Mick Turner for providing the photos.
