I haven't been able to make out the name
on this car, and I don't remember it. Anyone? |

Steve Korney's "Goldfinger"
A/GS Anglia |

Herrera & Son's A/GS Austin |

KS Pittman's 33 Willys A/GS |

The "Football" A/GS Austin of
"Big John" Mazmanian. |

One of the early outings of
Skip Hess' "Revell Kit" A/GS Mustang. |

Okay...this one really
threw me. This car is the old "Shores & Hess/Skipper's
Critter" A/GS Anglia. The problem is, that Skip never
realized that the car was even at this particular meet. (All
these photos were taken the same day) and there were a number of
changes to the car that Skip pointed out (rear wheelwell cut, huge
parachute, "Jardine Headers" on the fender, etc.)
We finally figured that this must have been after Jim Shores
sold the car to the Pittman Bros and before the top was chopped.
I had thought that Jim chopped the top prior to selling it, but???
At any rate, we are both a bit confused by these photos.
Anyone out there have any info about this? |

The "Blue Fox" Camaro
Funnycar. I don't remember who ran this. Anyone?
Well, thanks (again!) to Bill Duke for
reminding me that this was Norm Cowdry's car (Check out the Modified
Sports Cars page for a pic of his Healey). It was a decent
runner too, with it's Chrysler motor.
